We keep billing as honest as our care. Here’s how payment works at GreaT Men’s Health, including the accounts we accept and our upfront position on insurance.
We do not accept insurance, and we’ll tell you plainly why. Some clinics claim to accept insurance for testosterone and hormone therapy while knowing your insurer is likely to deny the claim. We don’t operate that way. We’d rather be direct with the men we treat than set false expectations. Insurance companies have become too powerful, often dictating care and overriding your medical provider’s recommendation.
If you’d like to try for reimbursement, some patients will submit claims to their insurance company themselves. We can’t guarantee coverage, and in most cases plans won’t reimburse treatment for low T and similar therapies, but we understand why some of our patients will want to try, and will do our best to provide you with the documentation you will need to do so.
In fact, setting up a medical practice to accept insurance actually increases the overall cost of care. Because of that reality, we’ve done the legwork to find high-quality partners at competitive rates to process your labs and provide your medications, so you get dependable care at fair, transparent pricing.

We accept FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) payments. If you have one of these tax-advantaged accounts, you can put it toward your care with us.
