Meet the Team

Cody Ward, PA-C

Mr. Ward is our lead clinician and the primary provider for our Statesboro office. His lifelong journey to push himself to perform at his best began in his youth as a competitive cyclist, then as an Army Ranger. After his service, Mr. Ward spent 14 years as an EMT and paramedic. He then earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Augusta University in 2017, where he was honored as a Tillman Scholar, and worked in emergency medicine at rural hospitals. With two decades in emergency medicine, he understands firsthand the consequences of poor health and a sedentary lifestyle. Driven by a lifelong commitment to health and performance, Mr. Ward founded Great Men’s Health practice with our medical director, Dr. Kyle Gay, to help other men live their best lives. By optimizing hormone levels, nutrition, and sexual wellness, he empowers patients to regain their energy, restore motivation, and prevent chronic health issues. Let Mr. Ward help you overcome these challenges and guide you toward a stronger, more fulfilling life.

Jeffrey Soboleski, PA-C

Mr. Soboleski is the primary medical provider at our Rincon office. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Drexel University in 2013 before serving 10 years as an Army medical officer, attaining the rank of Major. His distinguished career spanned clinical, hospital, and austere field environments across three continents, where he earned Ranger School honors and managed care for over 2,000 soldiers before concluding his service at Fort Stewart. Deeply rooted in coastal Georgia, he brings a unique, battle-tested perspective to clinical care

Kyle Gay, MD

Dr. Gay is our medical director. He completed his undergraduate degree at UGA and his medical degree at MCG. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Gay provides medical direction for our practice and collaborates with Mr. Ward and Mr. Soboleski to ensure we deliver a high level of care to all our patients.

Jared Thompson, Office Manager

Jared brings a unique, highly disciplined background to our team, ensuring our office operations run seamlessly every day. Before transitioning to office administration, Jared served with honor in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed a foundational commitment to leadership, efficiency, and precision under pressure. That not being enough for him, he doubled down on his dedication to service as a Firefighter, mastering rapid problem-solving and calm, decisive action in fast-paced environments.

True to his background, Jared runs a tight ship; he intentionally designs office flow and patient scheduling to eliminate long wait times in both the lobby and exam rooms. We value your time outside the office—Jared ensures all communications to our office receive a response within one business day, and often within a few minutes.
