Our Process

A Simple Process Built Around Your Time

Starting men’s health care shouldn’t mean a maze of appointments and vague bills. We’ve built a straightforward, four-step process that respects your schedule, keeps costs clear, and moves you toward results without wasted steps. Here’s exactly what to expect.

Your First Appointment

Everything begins in the office. We sit down to discuss your symptoms and medical history, perform a physical exam, and draw your labs. This single visit gives us the full picture: what you're experiencing and where your levels actually stand, so your plan is built on facts rather than assumptions.

Reviewing Your Labs

With your labs in hand, we walk you through the results. We know your time matters, so we don't drag you back in or bill another visit; most reviews happen over a quick telemedicine appointment, with a copy posted to your patient portal. Prefer to go over everything face-to-face? We'll schedule an in-office follow-up instead without the worry of an extra fee. However you choose to schedule your lab review, telehealth or in person, we spend the same amount of time and attention to detail reviewing your labs with you. We take the time to explain what they mean and how they help direct your care in a way you have likely never experienced before.

Starting Treatment

This is the part you've been waiting for! Based on your diagnosis, we provide injectable testosterone and creams, ED medications, fertility medications, or GLP-1 weight loss. You'll leave with a clear plan covering dosing, administration, progress checks, repeat labs, and guidance for every step, so nothing is left to guesswork.

Follow-Up and Monitoring

Real results come from adjustment over time. We schedule follow-up appointments and repeat labs at 7 to 9 weeks to track your response and fine-tune your plan, but if you need something before your scheduled lab check, don’t hesitate to contact us. We will schedule a phone consultation or an office visit, whichever you prefer, included in the subscription without office visit fees. Some men will prefer to check in every 3 months for labs just to stay informed, but as your levels stabilize, routine labs can shift to every six months to help reduce the need for you to add yet another task to your already busy schedule.
